Ms. Kelsey comes with extensive administrative experience in positions of responsibility in a variety of business operations to include management, customer service and marketing.

As Vice President of the Research Division, Donna is responsible for both internal and external research focusing on Hispanics in employment settings. This includes providing research results to our Professional & Leadership Development Department to ensure that our Professional Development activities are research based. Additionally, Donna is responsible for membership and sponsorship assessment research.

EDUCATION & UNIVERSITY RELATIONS DEPARTMENT

Education & University Relations Manager

Ms. Psencik is responsible for the development, day to day management and delivery of programs and services offered to assist NSHMBA members in obtaining their MBA degrees, including MBA pipeline development. She leads the Education & University Relations team and manages the education-related programs such as the NSHMBA Scholarship Program and Internship Program. She also provides strategic direction and management of the University Partnership Program.

The Education Specialist is directly responsible for the day to day support and management of the NSHMBA Scholarship Program and Virtual MBA Prep Program. This position is also responsible for coordinating the pipeline development projects with high school and undergraduate students. As a team member of the Education & University Relations Department, the Education Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering the programs and services offered to assist NSHMBA members in obtaining their MBA degrees.
   

University Relations Specialist

Mr. López is directly responsible for the day to day support and management of the University Partnership Program and NSHMBA Case Competition Program. This position is also responsible for coordinating the Pre-MBA development projects with business professionals post bachelors degree. Marketing & Communications Manager

Ms. Gornik reports directly to the Director of Operations and oversees all national marketing and communication needs, creates and supervises all marketing and communication plans and strategies, and manages and coordinates all publications and website content. As the leader of the Marketing Team, Ms. Gornik is responsible for all marketing activities while ensuring consistency of messaging quality.

Mrs. Gonzales Smith reports directly to the Director of Operations and currently serves as Team Leader for the Membership & Chapter Relations Department. She is responsible for the coordination of member and chapter resource development, planning and growth. She manages chapter governance, ethics, compliance and election issues. As consultant & advisor, Mrs. Gonzales Smith assists with chapter operations, leadership, member and volunteer management. She informs all Chapter Officers of resources, package programs and services available to them.
   
Membership & Chapter Relations Specialist
Jacqueline Rodriguez

Ms. Rodriguez reports directly to the Membership & Chapter Relations Manager and currently serves as the NSHMBA Chapter Officer and member benefits main contact. She manages the responsibility and coordination of the onsite registration for all conference attendees and the volunteer program. Ms. Rodriguez contributes to the NSHMBA National Office by developing, researching, and writing an array of resources to the chapter officers in collaboration with other staff. She also supervises the renewal campaign and new member recruitment strategies.
   

Membership Relations Representative

Ms. Navarro reports directly to the Membership & Chapter Relations Manager and currently serves as the main contact at the NSHMBA National Office for all members. FINANCE DEPARTMENT
   

Staff Accountant

The staff accountant is responsible for accounts payable recordkeeping in the Finance department that includes processing vendor payments for all national and chapter vendors. She reviews chapter vendor invoice requests and expenses reports for proper approval and compliance with company policies. She is part of the monthly financial reporting process to all NSHMBA chapters. She also assists with documentation and general ledger transactions, journal entries and other records.

   

Staff Accountant

Ms. Puente is responsible for Accounts Receivable in the Finance Department. This includes processing invoice requests and cash receipts for both National and all Chapter locations. She is responsible for National collections as well as assisting the Chapters with collection efforts. She also serves as the Corporate Advisory Board (CAB) liaison.
   

Accounting Administrator

The Accounting Administrator reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for generating monthly financial statements and reviews. She coordinates the annual outside audit and the preparations for the annual tax return. Elizabeth also maintains employee personnel files, employee benefits and reconciles bank and investment accounts. She also manages and enters all the payroll functions.

Events Manager

Ms. Ramon is responsible for planning and coordinating event logistics for workshops and sessions during the annual NSHMBA conference and other NSHMBA events. As the leader of the Events Team, Ms. Ramon oversees the support and participation of activities that continue to highlight NSHMBA events.

Partnership Development Manager

Ms. Reinoso reports directly to the Director of Operations, and is responsible for developing partner relationships with our corporate, non-profit and university partners. In addition, Ms. Reinoso actively works to engage new organizations for mutually beneficial relationships and works closely with NSHMBA's regional VPs to support the local Chapter relationships. Finally, Ms Reinoso oversees the sponsorship, career development and advertising opportunities for the organization.
   

Partnership Development Specialist

Giovanni Rivas is responsible for supporting the business development initiatives of the organization with the direction of the Partnership Development Manager. The position performs outreach and customer service to corporate sponsors regarding various opportunities available to them as NSHMBA partners. Mr. Rivas is the point person for sponsors’ questions regarding their sponsorship levels. Other responsibilities include providing logistical support for annual conference and expo with accountability to the Events Manager.
